We meet the agreed timelines.

Transparency

Clear communication throughout the entire project.

Commitment

Every project is unique, and we treat it as such.

Our company

Our track record

Our Track Record

López Marrero's origins date back to 2006, the year we began our activity in the construction sector under Isidro López, working as a sole trader. In February 2008, we were officially incorporated as Obras y Reformas López Marrero S.L. Since then, thanks to rigorous business management criteria, continuous reinvestment and the diversification of our services, we have established ourselves as a leading company in our specialty.

The Right Solution for Your Projects

The use of cutting-edge technologies, the constant incorporation of the most innovative materials on the market and, above all, the excellent team of people that makes up López Marrero Construcciones, allow us to always offer the right solution, tailored to each client's specific needs.

Experience and Excellence

We are a leading, constantly growing company. We have solid experience in civil engineering and new-build projects, and we are highly specialized in all types of renovation, with a strong focus on the hotel renovation sector.

All our efforts are geared towards excellence. That's why we are firmly committed to the professional development of our team, investing in their training and nurturing their talent. We are convinced that our people are the key factor behind the company's growth and expansion. Several of our workers have been with us since practically the very beginning.
